  • If you’re using something like cPanle, it doesn’t allow you to create a new database in phpMyAdmin. You need to create it through the hosting accounts administration area, not in phpMyAdmin. If you can’t do that you’ll need to contact your hosting company and ask them how you can do this.

but this include in the steps for instalation process

Remember that there’s no one single way to install WordPress. There’s to many outside factors, and you’ve found one of them.

You have the choice now. You can continue to try and install it the way that your resources say to, and fail because you don’t have the correct permissions… of you can follow what I sad above and actually accomplish it!

And if you mean these installation instructions, you should read the part about creating the database. There’s several different ways ot do it, so you can choose any of those. If they don’t work, you will have to contact your hosting provider as no one else can help you.

ok i’ll go for your advice

Please note that you can not create a database directly through cPanel->PhpMyAdmin due to the lack of user privileges. However, you can easily create a new database from your cPanel->MySQL Databases. Navigate to the Create New Database box. Enter the database name in the New Database text field and click on the Create Database button.

The database name will be preceded by the cPanel username. For example, if your cPanel user name is user and you want to have a database named test, the actual database name will be user_test. You will get a confirmation message.
