Create Featured Image?

Postie is one of the greatest plugins there is for WordPress and unbelievably has no competition. That being said I have a strange question for you Wayne. When Postie retrieves an email, I have it set to use the first attached image as the featured image. This is great to use with Elementor because using the Post Display widget, all Posts have a header type image in the grid display. This does not work when I create a Post through WordPress. You have to manually set the Featured image. Wayne, are you aware of any plugin or feature that can auto set the feature image like Postie does? If it doesn’t exist, part of Postie might make another great Plugin to accomplish this feature when Posts are created through WordPress.

Postie has spoiled me.
