Create Forms that Include Custom Fields

    I just installed Jetpack CRM and need to create a form for customer profile input on tablet, cell, etc. Paid for Contact Form 7 addin. Created custom fields. Cant figure out how to create forms to receive data on webpage that include the custom fields to create new or update existing records.     Hi @lanceorndorff!

    If I understand your request correctly, you’re having trouble setting up the custom fields in Contact Form 7 to send the data gathered to CRM to create a contact or update an existing one. Am I right?

    Are we talking about clients/users, not companies, is that correct too?

    We do have a documentation page that explains how to set it up. Take a look at it and see if that helps.

    Also, as a side note, you may want to use the API connector extension to send data from Contact form 7 if you have the same form on different sites.

    Lastly, you mentioned that you purchased the Contact Form 7 extension. If that’s so, paid users can get priority, faster support by reaching out to us via email/ticket. Feel free to use it if you prefer this route!
