Create Invoice/Quotation before placing order

    Hello,

    Is it possible that the invoice is also created, as Quotation, at the Checkout page, once the client fills their Billing information, and before submitting their order?
    Could there be a button Quote/Quotation on the Checkout page, and when the user clicks it, then the same information that would appear in a normal invoice would appear in this document, but with the title Quotation?

    With this plugin is not possible because it needs the order data to generate the PDF document, but we have another plugin called WooCommerce Order Proposal that allows the customer to submit their proposals.

    I had a look at your recommended plugin, but I haven’t understood if it can do what I described before.
    Can the customer download from the Checkout page the information of the Checkout page including Billing Information and Order Summary as a PDF file?
    Do you have a demo of this plugin?

    Currently, with the PDF plugin you can do that with a shortcode to add a download link for the Invoice.

    Will this work before the customer places/submits the order? The shortcode’s page mentions that an order ID is necessary in order to work.

    No, sorry, this works in the “Thank you” page after the checkout is finished. Without the order is not possible to generate a PDF because it uses the order meta data.

    Unfortunately, that’s not working for me; I need it before the customer places their order so they can use it as a quotation.
