• Hi,

    I have created a travel-page with worldpress.

    I want to:
    1: Create itinerary for clients
2: itineraries that contain features such as maps, text and pictures
3: Be able to send itinerary to clients on email when they are created
4: That opens up in a new tab with just a click on a link in the email
5: And that is available only for that specific client

Whats the easiest and best way to do this?

  • You could put the itinerary in email.
But it sounds as if you want it to be on your website for some reason.
You can create a post with a password, and send the link and password to the client in an email. (The post is password-protected; the user doesn’t have to log in, just know the password.)

    Thanks for the reply Joy!

Yes, I want to send the itinerary on email. A written email with a button that when its clicked, it opens the itinerary in a new tab on the web browser.

But i dont want to send it just as an pdf, I want the itinerary to be functional where i can include some pictures, maps and other information. The layout on all of the itinerary’s that im sending to different people, is supposed to be more or less the same, just with client-specific information on each one.

Do you know how that is normally done? I cant find any plugins that can provide what i want, so i’m guessing I need to create a popup page in Elementor and send the link on email..? But i’m not sure if thats how it’s ment to be done.

I think i need to learn some of the basics of how it normally done..
