Create Menú and link it to sections below

Hi!!!

I need help with the menu section and its link to the sections below.
I want to create a page within the website with my own name (Instead of for exaple, “Focus”) and then have it link to the “Our Focus” section below. When I create pages they open up instead of scroll down.

Hopefully I am explaining myself well… As you can see, I am new to this.
