Create new posts under diferent page?

Hi. I tried to google about this problem, I even thought Custom Post Types will solve what I’m trying to do, but I guess not, that’s why I came here looking for help:

I have a normal WP3.0 installed. I’m adding entries as usual. Now what I would like to do Is,

* I have a _page_ called “Articles”
* I want to create NEW entry and add it under page ARTICLES and not under main page
* Then, when accessing myblog/articles/ all titles from articles entries would be shown.

Does that work? Is this even remotely possible or should I rather do this:

* create new page called articles
* create new subpages (where every subpage represents 1 article?)

OR

* create new page called articles
* create new entries BUT HIDE them from main page
* statically update page ARTICLES with links to hidden entries?

I’m still confused on how to oslve this problem.
