    Hello,
    Before I install and play with your amazing plugin, I need to know the following:
    Is it possible to create my own pre-download form and add extra fields besides name and email?
    Or, can I connect it with a form from another plugin like Ninja Forms?

    Hi,

    It is possible to lock the download behind a form. But that requires the Form Lock https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-form-lock/ add-on which you can use with various Form Builder plugin. Please check the link for more info. You will get our Live Forms plugin access with Form Lock add-on.

    Hi, thank you for your immediate reply.
    So, if I understood correctly, I can’t create a form from the plugin by itself.
    No problem, I will buy Form Lock.
    However, I use Ninja Forms and I don’t see it in your supported list.
    Is it supported?

    You can’t create the Form from the add-on itself. But we provide our Form Builder with Form Lock and the add-on supports some other Form Builders too.

    Form Lock doesn’t support Ninja Form.
