Create player problem

    When I create a new player, it no longer gives me the option to assign it to a season or team from the create player form. However, if I save the player anyway and then do a Quick Edit, I get the ability to add the player to a season and team, but this then removes the players name from the title field when I click update.

    Also, the support page on the official website it not letting me log this issue…

    I found the exact same issue creating new players, and also got an error while trying to open a support ticket. I hope this gets fixed!

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay getting back to you – I’ve been ill for a week and unable to get any work done!

    Since version 2 of WPCM players are managed for each team/season by Rosters. When added to a Roster a player is assigned to the team and season associated with that roster automatically which means it is easier to manage teams from a single page.

    I’ll fix the title issue when updating using the Quick Edit feature.

    Well, the idea is good. I get it.

    But … what if for example a player leaves the team within the season? You need him in the roster to add his goals, but you dont want to show him when using the roster on a team page, because he’s not in the team anymore.
