You can add shortcodes inside popup content, simply put them in the “Main Content” in the “Content” settings of the popup.
This will, however, not replace “designing popup” – you still need to configure how it looks and behaves, it would only be used in popup message content.

I think we are not on the same page . I am attaching a link of exactly what I need .You can see in the link that there are 2 Buttons and on clicking the Button , the plugin content ( here Meeting Planner tidyCal) appears.
So ,here I have the shortcode of the plugin content ( Meeting Planner tidyCal) , how can I do exactly shown in the link .
Scroll downward on the page to find 2 Buttons namely ” Book A meeting” & Request a Quote”

If I understand correctly, you would like to show the popup on button click. You can do that with trigger options on Hustle.
