Create post and populate custom fields

    Hi All,

    I’ve create a custom post type called ‘resource’, and am able to create new ‘resource’ posts through a front-end form that populates the Title, Content and Excerpt.

    The CPT also has custom fields and I am wondering how I could go about populating those fields through this form.

    I’m using Josh Pollock’s walkthrough:

    I’ve made it so that the custom fields show up in a GET request – if that’s of any help towards solving this problem.

    Any help would be much appreciated!

    Solved!

    Code was causing custom fields to show up only when the request was to view, not post.
