Create Preference Form connected to user

There are a number of plugins that provide additional checkout fields for WooCommerce, but at a glance I can’t see a form plugin specifically for the WooCommerce Account page.
A generic form plugin could work though.

It IS possible to DYI this with custom code by using WooCommerce hooks.

The problem is that forms are particularly risky from a security perspective and you should not attempt this unless you are comfortable with basic security principles related to validation, sanitizing and escaping.

Alternatively you can hire a developer to do this for you.

An e-mail can only be retrieved if the user is signed in.

It appears that you are using the WP Forms plugin.

You would need to ask in their support forums over here:

You should ask them if they have a filter available to default the value to the current logged in user’s e-mail.
That is if you are using the free version from the WordPress repository.

You would then add the filter to your theme’s functions.php file, or to an MU plugin, or to a code snippet. Each of those options will have their own pros and cons.

If you are using their premium version, you would need to contact them via their designated contact methods. ww.wp.xz.cn is not equipped to support commercial products on these forums.
