    I am using the previous version of Ultimate Member because the updated is not functioning well for me and I do like the plugin. I am trying to create a subscribe form and my question is if possible how do you create a submit button?

    Hi @lfung7,

    Unfortunately, Ultimate member supports only profile and registration forms, if you want to add another form types it would require substantial modifications of core plugin files which we do not recommend doing unless you are a developer and fully understand what you are doing.
