    Hello,

I’m using OceanWP with Beaver Builder, since I cannot install Elementor (PHP version is outdated). The Travel demo has this transparent text box in its header, which I’d like to have on my page as well.

I installed the Travel demo, but it seems like I cannot include such a box with Beaver Builder. The options to alter the page header are very limited, I think. When selecting the “Minimal” header option, I can alter the image, but cannot include a text box.

When I pick “Custom header”, I can provide a template from the library, but there I cannot use Beaver Builder for the layout. In the library, I can only use the regular “Edit page” option, there is no “Page builder”.

I suppose, this is not possible with any theme option, which is fine for me. What is the best way to address this problem, though? I guess I need to create a child theme and need to alter the header myself. What would be a good starting point for this?

    Kind regards,
    ActronAB

Hello, yes you can use Beaver Builder in the My Library post type, go in the Beaver Builder plugin settings and activate it for the My Library post type.

Oh, cool! Didn’t know that. 🙂 It seems like I have to rebuild the entire header menu then, but I guess I can manage that with the widgets which are available in Beaver Builder’s sidebar.

    Thank you.
