Create Ticket button NOT WORKING

    The Create Ticket button does not work, when I press create nothing happens. I bought the premium plug and there is TERRIBLE SUPPORT. TOO MANY BUGS IN PLUG IN. YOU can not deactivate or delete plug in. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY….TERRIBLE SUPPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
