Create Topics/Replies

Good Evening,

I had a question regarding user groups and the permissions they can have. In most forums on my site I want users to be able to create and reply to a forum topic, but I do not want them to be able to edit the overall topic or the posts of others (I guess they could edit the topic/reply if they created it but that may be getting too complicated). However, I currently do not see a way to go about implementing this.

When editing group permissions on specific forums, the option “Create/Edit Topics/Replies” appears twice. I am unsure if one of these is supposed to be Create Topics/Replies, but I do not see a current way to do what I have described. Any help is much appreciated.
