    Hi, I was wondering would it be possible to create my own email in html? I played around with setting but to no avail. I need to add logo, some links and video to email that is sent to the customer. Thank you.

    Hi,

    Please check in the following image the location of the email settings:

    In the settings field “Email format” select “HTML” and that way you will be able to use HTML tags into the email contents. The images should be stored into an online website and add the link to the online image from the tags.

    Lovely. Can you tell me is the cancellation link a pro feature? I tried to add <%CANCEL%> but it seems to be automatically trimmed to <CEL%> every time I save changes.

    Yes, the cancellation add-on is a commercial feature. We’d like to help but we can’t reply about that in this forum. We are not allowed to support any customers in these forums.
