    We have Events Tickets set up for an event and all seems to be working except we have one order that is showing its status as “created” with the gateway showing as stripe and no transaction ID. Any idea what happened there?

    We are using Tickets Commerce

    Hi @blackspiral,

    Thanks for writing to our forum, and we apologize for the delayed response.

    A ‘Created‘ status means that payment details have been forwarded to the bank, which were subject to approval. It usually appears briefly for successful transactions, but could also be stuck if the user was not authorized to use that account.

    Another possibility is a network error that could have occurred while their bank was still processing the payment, which could then lead to an incomplete transaction.

    No fund should have been transferred at that point, and it’s not uncommon to find another attempt from the same user to be successful.
