creating a child theme

    Hello.

    I am new to wordpress and after reading other forums I’ve realized I’ve made a mistake with my website by editing the theme templates rather than making a child theme. Is it too late to create a child theme now that I’ve already edited the theme templates?

    I did it awhile ago – but I know I edited the following templates:

    Theme Footer
    Section Class
    Sidebar template
    Static Front Page

    It wasn’t anything crazy – I just removed a few things and changed colors of buttons.
