creating a custom header menu

Hey guys,

I’m trying to build a site and i’m running into some issues.

Please take http://www.insureme.com as an example site for my questions.

My site is almost completed except for a few things. I would like to make the first button drop down into a form looking box with a link, like the insureme site. Also, notice how the first drop down “insurance quotes” button is not clickable? How can i do that?

Sorry for the noob questions…i am a noob! haha
