Creating a database?

    This is probably a really stupid question, but I just can’t find out how to create a new database using phpmyadmin. I have a different version of phpmyadmin then in the instaltutorial and there is no “create new database” field. I’ve tried every possible link on there and I just can’t find it. I’ve got version 5.0.32 I think.
    I would include a screenshot, but it’s all in Dutch, so I don’t know how helpful that would be.

    I have no experience with this whatsoever, so please, keep it simple :p
