Creating a Dynamic Second-Tier Menu

    Hello

    We have received a header design from a client which includes a primary menu with a dynamic second tier for sub menus and their menu items.

    For an example of this type of menu please see: http://www.outsideonline.com/

    How difficult is this kind of menu to implement in WordPress? Can this be done simply with CSS, or are there any plugins available which might offer a solution?
