Creating a form within a form

I would like to know if there is an easy way to create an Ultimate Member form that contains a conditionally enabled Ultimate Member register form.
My current setup uses a Registration form as the outer form, which has a Radio Button that decides which inner form is shown, using Shortcode to load the inner form.
The issue with my current setup is that the Register and Login buttons show up twice, because both the inner and outer form are Register forms. I’ve tried switching the outer form to a “Profile” form type, but the issue persisted.
Is there a good way to prevent the Register and Login buttons from appearing twice?
