Creating Clickable WordPress Gallery

I am trying to update my Divi Gallery to look like the one on this site:
https://www.heckscher.org/gallery/?post=6200
The images are clickable and then open up into a lightbox with additional information. My current gallery opens to lightbox but I want to add text like the above site and cannot figure out how.
Anyone know how to achieve this or a plugin I could use?
