    I added an extra field in Zendesk (i.e. a “telephone” field), made it visible, then I went into this plugin and created an extra field with the zendesk ID etc. I then reordered the fields and saved it.

    It didn’t appear on my wordpress zendesk form on my webpage.

    Am I missing a step or two?

    Hi there,

    It sounds like you still need to assign the extra field to a field group. For example, whilst editing the new telephone field, you would need to add a group using the options on the right of the screen http://imgur.com/a/3xeVe

    You can then assign the group to the shortcode by using [zendesk_request_form group="group1"]
