Creating Groups for Certain Sites

I really love this plugin! I manage quite a few sites and the blogs I would like to share are often common to all but there are times when I’d only like to share share the same blog post with say maybe 10 or the sites. Is there any way to group sites together so that I could for example share a blog post on my clients pages who are say from Toronto? I’d like to be able to use the “Select All” feature in some instances but then with just the click of a button be able to select only certain sites from a specific category. I hope this makes sense.
