Creating Home Page Tab…

    How can I create a Home Page Tab on the Navigation Bar?
    I am using Gleenblog Theme.

    What I want is that when visitors view other pages in the blog, upon clicking on this Home tab they land back to the Main/Front/Home page.

    Kindly help me out…
