It is clearly telling you to go to the settings page and fill out the options. Please make sure that ALL options have been entered.

Ok, it’s due to the row calculation field. Your creating an invoice so you need more than “Web Development” as a column.
Try defining 4 columns: Description, hours, rate and subtotal. Save that then choose “hours x rate = subtotal” from the drop downs. Then choose subtotal as the subtotal calculation column.
Save than then give it a go.
