Creating multiple logins

Hi,

I have been having issues with my members managing to create 2 logins. I am trying to figure out how this is happening. And wondering if it is a conflict with UsersWP and wordpress?

I also have geodirectory, and seems to happen that they have one login that is attached to their directory listing and another for their membership. I can’t figure out how this is happening. No updates have made a difference. I obviously need UsersWP so people can see their listings.

Have I done something wrong?
