creating multiple sites automatically

hello friends

Im looking for multisite plugins for automatically creating blogs

I need this:
1) User registration;
2) Choose one of the themes to create your blog;
3) Create the menu itens, and the blog pages, and all of the content (with images and texts).

What I need is a simple version of weblogger.com or something like that
