Creating multiple tabs/posts on a single post?

Hi,

Sorry if this is difficult to explain. I am trying to create something like this http://www.nhs.uk/Conditions/Attention-deficit-hyperactivity-disorder/Pages/Introduction.aspx

Clicking on “symptoms”, “Causes” and “Diagnosis” changes the post content, but you’re still more or less on the same post (i.e. it doesn’t direct you to a different post). How can I create tabs which have that function? I’m not a developer pro but do have a basic knowledge
