Creating my own theme?

    Not sure if this is the right place for this q, but…
    I want to put up a WordPress travel site – different pages for each country, city, etc. Plus other pages for tips, etc, a blog, and a front page that includes some of this as well as nav. I want to include videos, and pictures.

    I’ve designed in Photoshop how I ideally would like the site to look. How do I best translate that PS template to WordPress? Many thanks.
