creating new forms never works

    I downloaded metform and when I click FORM it continues to take me to SETTINGS. have uninstalled/reinstalled and it just stuck in a loop. Won’t let me make a form at all.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    To solve this issue, please follow the below process:

    1. Clear the cache: Clear all levels of cache, including but not limited to Server cache, WordPress (optimization plugin) cache, CDN cache, and Browser cache. Also, try in incognito/private mode.
    2. Permalink Reset: Reset your permalink structure from the Settings > Permalink section and try again.
    3. Isolate the problem: Deactivate all of your plugins (except Elementor/Pro, MetForm), and temporarily change your WordPress theme to Hello theme. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins and theme one by one, until you spot the conflicting plugin or theme.

    If the issue persists please let us know. We will check the issue and let you know the update as soon as possible.
