I am having the same issue. I wonder if it has something to do with using version 3.5 instead of 3.4.2?
Same issue here… this plugin seems to be broken in the latest update.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and deactivating and reactivating without any success…

Nothing I love more than installing a new plugin for its most basic function to not even work…

I’ve been using Contact Form 7, it works well.
Same problem here, I’ve used an older version of this plug-in before and it’s very good – but the latest version isn’t working.
Looks like I’ll have to back to Contact From 7 too.
