Creating new pages

Morning everyone I’ve been here before. However I’m not developer.

Not sure if this is the correct place for this question.

We run a free game and tech publishing site where we cover game and tech news and reviews.

We have someone that helps us with the design work. At this stage they are not able to.

I would like to know if someone here can aid me with the following.

I would like to change our a out us page. Instead of clicking on it and loading the current page I would like to change it.

At this stage it’s just one page but I want to change it so it has 4 sub pages below it
The name about us will be renamed to about.

Then the first page will be the about us, describing what mgr gaming is about. The second page is going to be The Team.

Here I would like to create display blocks one for permanent staff with a block that displays all current permanent staff
Below it a block for current freelancers.

Below that a block for past permanent staff and then one for past freelancers.

The third page will be for partners. This one will be simple though. I would like a block that displays current partners with just a image and name of said partner. We got very fortunate with getting a partnership with ASUS.

Below it a block then for past partners. .

The 4th block will be the Contact us page with the relevent content for it.

I understand the basics but designing these blocks or columns is something I don’t know.
