Creating new website with same domain

Hello, I am getting ready to start designing my company’s website. They currently have a landing page another company created for them through Semplice. Now, I have already bought hosting through our domain holder. I want to know if I can migrate to our domain even though it’s already on WordPress? Or do I have to recreate our guts in WordPress through our hosting site?
