Creating smart form

    Hi

    I was wondering – Is it possible to create smart form:

    Choosing Option A from Drop menu – Than new Checkbox options opened and the user need to select.
    If the user Choose Option B from Drop menu – Than Text box opened and the user need to write something.

    Is this possible to create?
    If not, Do you know plugin that does that?
