Creating the Logos

Hi –

I want to create logos for the sponsors using their logo but have the same background as you PNG examples. I tried to copy one and edit but it shows more white instead of the grey with the white. Any ideas how to get a hold of a sample PNG where I can paste the LOGOS directly on top of them and then save.
