    Hello,

    is it possible with the current version of Awesome Support (or planned in a future version) for the admin to open tickets for users?

    Is there a way this can be done?

    Hi:

    Yes, you can. Just go to TICKETS->ADD NEW and you can set the TICKET CREATOR field in the ticket details metabox to the name of the customer.
