Creating URLs

Good afternoon, I was wondering how wordpress creates URL’s. I have created a custom table which stores all sorts of data that I would like to display on a web page. I have created a page template where I query the database and the data is displayed. But I would like to create url for each row of data, similar to which the pages and posts have urls for each entry
