Creation help

So this is what I have done so far
1. created a form called scholarships
2. Created an entry for School
functionality in the front end someone types the name of the school they’re searching for and gets a result of all the scholarships offered by that school maybe with a link to apply for said scholarship. Am stuck at adding this scholarships results that comes up. How do I do this??
