Hi @sheikhpervezhameed
Could you please generate and provide debug code?
You can do that in Troubleshooting -> Show advanced options -> Send debug details[…].
That will allow us to provide more details, thank you!

Hi @sheikhpervezhameed
My apologies for delayed reply.
Not sure why but it seems like you didn’t start backup process on the site where you generated debug code.
Please update the plugin to latest version v1.4.3 and force our plugin to reset configuration, once you do that, try again.

Thanks. I did as suggested and the backup commenced and finished. But it gave the message that there were some hiccups and also a code – BMI-S4QQiwSz-19944

Hi @sheikhpervezhameed
Indeed the backup didn’t finish and was not successful.
Your server returned this error during backup process:
503 Service Unavailable Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
In most cases it means that you reached limit of resources provided by your hosting.
Your have low max_execution_time limit in your php.ini which may help if you increase it to at least 120 seconds.
Alternative solution would be to make partial backups but it’s only useful if you want to migrate to better hosting.
Please let me know if you can do that 🙂
Thank you!
