Hello. TIA all.

Setting up USPS and am at the point of “RATE ADJUSTMENTS” but it s NOT showing me anything to adjust – ie, handling fees,etc…

Anyone know what to do?

Hi @pwindpub,

Our USPS Live Rates plugin, requires USPS API access credentials. They are different from USPS account login credentials.

The USPS User ID is usually a random combination of characters and numbers. Please contact directly USPS to obtain a valid User ID → https://www.usps.com/business/web-tools-apis/

My previous answer referred to an earlier question about USPS API access credentials.

Regarding the Rates Adjustments settings – they are available in the PRO version of the plugin – https://octolize.com/product/usps-woocommerce-live-rates-pro.

If you have additional questions about the paid version of our solution, please submit a ticket directly to https://octolize.com/support/, as we cannot discuss PRO versions of the plugin here, due to the restrictions of this forum.
