Credit Card fields aren’t clickable

    I’m trying to switch from Stripe to Square. We have just purchased all the hardware for Square POS. I have created SKUs and synced all the products but the credit card fields on the checkout page won’t work for Square – Stripe still works.

    I have tested with Siteground support and turning off the Optimizer on their end didn’t resolve the issue.

    Hi there @dandelionweb – Can you confirm that you’ve chosen a business location in your Square settings within WooCommerce?

    If you already have, can you send me a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find that by going to the follow page in your admin dashboard: WooCommerce > Status > ‘Get system report’

    Yes I can confirm that we have a location set in Square within WooCommerce

    I cloned the site to a local install and turned off all plugins except Woocommerce and Square and changed the theme to Twenty Twenty One and it still won’t allow the field to be entered

    Thank you I’ve discovered it was caused by the GDPR Cookie Consent plugin. Deactivating that plugin has resolved the issue
