Same issue
I have updated to last version of rank math, i was on V 1.0.66.1 and it was working ok. After update im having the bellow Fatal Error. I have downgraded and it is working again. Also checking the issue is with “Ethereum Wallet Plugin” it is causing conflict with the last version. So i have to choose between one of the two plugins or there is any workaround?

Same issue here. Fatal error after upgrade.
@cha above mentioned that it worked after downgrade. In my case, a downgrade is impossible. We cannot downgrade it. We deleted (including the files from cpanel)to have a fresh install. Still il returns “critical err…file already exists..”.
