Hello, The tiktok feed plugin caused a critical error on my website. I am using the latest version of WordPress, with the latest version of Divi. Is it a conflict with Divi? Will it be resolved or should I look for another plugin? Kind regards, Claudia

    Hi @cbm-webdesig,

Thank you for contacting us! I’ve tested the latest version of the plugin on my end and wasn’t able to reproduce the error, so this might be a local conflict with another plugin or your theme. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve it:

    1. Clear all site caching.
    2. Disconnect and reconnect your TikTok account.
    3. Delete and reinstall the plugin.

If the issue continues, kindly open a support ticket using our form here: https://smashballoon.com/support/ and include a debug log with more details about the fatal error. This will help us troubleshoot the issue more effectively and find a solution faster.

Please let me know if you have any other questions, and I’ll be happy to help.

    Best regards 🙂

    Hello,

Thanks for your answer. I will ask my client to log in again, and then see how it goes with the plugin. I will let you know if there is an error again. Kind regards, Claudia
