Critical Error

    Hi
    Since yesterday I have a problem with the plugin. When an appointment is to be confirmed, a page appears with the message: “There was a critical error on the website.” The appointment is blocked in the plugin, but the appointment is no longer entered in the Google Calendar. I use the extension plugin Connect. What can I do? Three days ago everything was going wonderfully. Since we currently rely on the plugin to give our customers the opportunity to make an appointment in times of Covid, I need quick help. Thank you.

    Hi @wildcatmarc , please check if token is still valid. You can do that by trying to add additional mapping row in advance sync options part.

    Hi @wildcatmarc by looking at log you have reached the limit of call to Google.

    Calendar usage limits exceeded.

    I will suggest that you extend the interval for sync, so instead on sync on every 5 minutes to set 15 or 30. Also you can limit how many days you want a sync to cover for example 60 etc. If you want you can add payment to google and extend the limit.

    Hey Nikola

    Thank you for your help.
    But i don´t understand where I can extend the interval.
    I’ve read the details but haven’t found a way to set it up. I’m sorry, but I don’t quite understand Google.
