Critical Error

    Hey, when I click the “Add Affiliate Link” and “Quick Add Affiliate Link” buttons in my WP classic editor to add a link, a window pops up with the following message:

    “There has been a critical error on this website.

    Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”

    The plugin used to work normally about a month ago.

    Any insights on how to resolve this?

    Hi,

    Make sure you’re running the latest version of the ThirstyAffiliates plugin (3.10.2).

    Check the error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host.

    Enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/debug.log to see if anything gets logged there. https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

    You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.`

    Hi, I believe that it’s the theme’s fault as after changing it to 2021 the TA buttons resumed working normally.

    Is there any way for me or my theme’s developer to fix that?

    I can’t change my theme right now as my entire website has been built with it in conjunction with Elementor Pro. Plus, if I change the theme I’d have to re-built from scratch all my Ezoic ads, which is at least one week’s work.
