Critical error

    Hello,

    I have a WordPress site (latest version) that uses the BuddyBoss theme (latest version). For member verification, I use Verified Member for BuddyPress (latest version).

    I want to be able to sort verified members through BP Profile Search (recommended to me by the verified Member for BuddyPress team).

    The problem is that if I enable BP Profile Search on my site, I immediately get the message “A critical error has occurred on this site. Please check your site administration email inbox for more information.”. I just tried again just now. As a result, each time, I have to go to my FTP access to rename the BP Profile Search folder allowing me to access the administration of my site again to delete BP Profile Search. I am disappointed because it is however indicated that it is compatible with BuddyBoss. Do you know what’s going on?

    Hi supportccbill,

    Thank you for your report. Two questions:

    1. Are you using the latest version of BuddyPress too?

    2. Could you please temporarily enable WP_DEBUG in your wp_config.php and paste the error message you’ll get when you activate BP Profile Search?
