Critical error

    Buenas tardes
    I’m trying to install this plugin and others for shipping calculator by region, but when I activate it, it throws me an error.

    Something like this appears:

    Hi @sararuiz328, thanks for reporting this.

    We believe this is due to a 3rd party plugin that incorrectly tries to load shipping methods. We will try to take into account such an exception, but we could use your help.

    Could you please disable all the plugins you use in your store except WooCommerce and ours (UPS Live Rates, DHL Express Live Rates).

    Does the error occur under such circumstances?

    If not, please try enabling each of the 3rd party plugins one by one and see which one causes this error. This will be useful knowledge for us.

    Hi @sararuiz328, have you been able to determine which of the plugins you are using may be causing the conflict?

    I mentioned in my previous message about a test you could run.

    We have just released a new (1.19.0) version of our UPS Live Rates plugin that includes a fix for a reported issue.
